Antisemitism at Home or on Private Property? Here’s What to Do
If someone targets your home or private property because you’re Jewish — whether it’s verbal harassment, vandalism, threats, or online leaks of your address — this guide shows you how to respond, stay safe, and report it effectively.

Step 1: Immediate Safety
- Call 911 for threats, vandalism, or suspicious behavior
- Move to a safe part of the home
- Contact trusted neighbors or your local Shomrim (if applicable)
- Report to local police — and request a copy of the report
Step 2: Report to Authorities
- Report to the FBI (Hate Crime Submission)
- Report to SCN (Secure Community Network)
- Report to ADL (National Incident Report)
- Optional: Submit to Canary Mission – Report individuals or groups
- Optional: Add your case to the JewHate Database for community awareness and support
Step 3: Document Everything
- Take photos/videos of damage or threats
- Save timestamps of delivery (if flyers, mail, etc.)
