Mike’s journey began with him choosing a hateful narrative only to later embrace his humanity in pursuit of the truth. Born to Coptic parents, Mike shrunk himself to belong to a cause that stifled intellectual honesty and his own identity, even when he knew what he was promoting was false. But today, Michael is a completely different person who challenges the views of his old self and his former peers within the Palestinian advocacy space.
